- For masala
- 3 chopped onions
- 2.5 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 almonds
- 4 cashew nuts
- 4 cardamom
- 4 cloves
- Pinch curry leaves
- For gravy
- 1 cup fresh malai/cream
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Paneer cubes
Steps to make to make Shahi Paneer
- Add oil in a pan. Then add cardamom, curry leaves,cloves, almonds, cashew nuts and saute for a minute.



- In a kadhai add chopped onions and saute it till its colour changed to golden brown.



- Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies mix well and saute it till it softs


- Then add grated ginger and mix well and saute it for a minute.

- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper.mix well and and two tbsp of water and saute it for a minute.



- Let it cool down completely.
- Then add cloves, cardamom, curry leaves, cashews and almonds in masala and mix well and saute it for a minute.

- Then grind the masala in mixing jar. And transfer in kadhai and saute for a minute.



- Then add fresh malai and mix well

- Then add butter and mix well

- Add milk and mix well.


- Add paneer cubes in gravy. And mix well.



- Shahi paneer is ready serve hot with chapatti, parantha, naan.
