- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 3 tsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp roasted crushed fenugreek leaves
Instructions to make to make Kadai Paneer
- First heat a Kadhai dry roast the whole masala once done grind it into a coarse powder..now marinate the paneer with some salt, pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of red chilli powder, pinch of garam masala powder keep it aside..
- Now heat a Kadhai add some oil then add the chopped garlic and ginger into it saute it for few minutes then add slit green chillies and chopped tomatoes saute it for few minutes then add all the dry spices cook all the spices very well then add tomato puree stir it for few minutes
- Then add little water saute it for few more minutes then in another Kadhai add some oil add all the chopped bell peppers and onions and marinated panner fry it until they they are slightly cooked
- Then add them into the gravy stir it then add roasted crushed fenugreek leaves and chopped coriander leaves and 2tbsp cream stir it and turn off the heat serve hot with naan, rice...
