- 1 tsp jeera (cumin) seeds
- 1 tsp kalonji / nigella seeds
- 2 medium sized onion for gravy finely chopped
- 1 medium sliced cut onion for frying
- 2 capsicum
- 3 tomatoes for gravy finely chopped
- 1 tomato sliced cut for frying
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red chilli powder
- 1 pinch Haldi(Turmeric) powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi leaves
- 200 gm paneer
- as needed oil
Instructions to make to make Kadhai paneer
- Cut veggies as per ingredients. Saute sliced onion and capsicum.



- Cut paneer into cubes. Put little lal Mirchi, salt, haldi little water (marinate) and keep it aside 5 mints. Shallow fry them for 30 seconds.

- In a pan, put jeera, kalonji saute it. put onion, red chilli powder,haldi and saute it for 3-4 mints then put tomatoes and salt, Little water.


- Let them cook, with the help of hand mixer, grind it, put ketchup.
- As required put water, fried capsicum, onion also. Cook them till it becomes little soft.
- Put paneer cubes, sliced tomatoes for about three to four minutes till it becomes soft. Put dhania / kasuri methi for garnishing.
