  10. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  11. 3 tbsp green chilli sauce
  12. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  13. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  14. 1/2 tsp ginger galic paste
  15. 3 tbsp water
  16. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  17. 1/2 cup slices onion
  18. 1/2 cup capsicum
  19. 1/4 spring onion
  20. 1 green chilli sliced
  21. 1 tbsp Garlic cloves chopped
  22. 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions to make to make Chilli paneer

  1. Cut paneer into cubes.
  2. To a large bowl, add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons flour along with curd, salt, pepper,Orange colour.
  3. Add water to make a free flowing batter, it should neither be thick nor thin.
  4. Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai on medium heat to deep fry the paneer.
  5. Dip each paneer cube into the batter. And then add them into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until the paneer pieces get golden brown and crispy from both sides.
  7. Drain the fried paneer on paper towel.
  8. In a bowl, add soy sauce green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste,red chilli sauce and sugar.
  9. Mix until all is well combined and set aside.
  10. Also mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 3 tbsp water until cornstarch dissolves completely.
  11. Add olive oil in a kadai and heat on high flame.
  12. Once oil is hot, add the ginger, garlic, and green chilli. Saute for 1 minute.
  13. Then add the onion and capcicum garlic cloves. Cook for 2 minutes.
  14. Veggies should remain crunchy and should cook on high heat.
  15. Add in the prepared sauce and mix and lower heat to medium.
  16. Then add in the prepared cornstarch slurry. Mix well, sauce will begin to thicken.
  17. Add additional 3 to 4 tablespoons water.
  18. Stir in the fried paneer cubes.
  19. Toss to combine the paneer with the sauce.
  20. Turn off heat.
  21. Serve Chilli Paneer with sauce.
