- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp capsicum chopped in cubes
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato chilli sauce
- 1 tsp red chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp refine flour
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp fried garlic
- as required Some green coriander
Steps to make to make Paneer Manchurian
- Arrange the ingredients.



- Take all the ingredients mentioned above to make the manchuria balls. I made 10 balls.



- Shallow fry the balls on medium to low flame. Set aside.


- Take cornstarch, refined flour and add required water and make a slurry.

- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan. Fry minced garlic. Add chopped onion and fry on high flame till translucent.


- Add chopped green capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Mix the difference sauces.


- Add the manchururian balls, and then the slurry. Stir continuously to avoid lump formation. Adjust the seasoning if needed

- The paneer manchurian is ready to serve. Garnish with green coriander and fried chunks of garlic.
