- Take a pan,add oil or ghee add jeera, add sliced onions, green chilli and cook until pinkish in colour then add chopped tomatoes and cook until oil releases.


- Now add all the spices and mix well.

- Now add malai, curd, cook on low flame for 1 min then add paneer cubes, add ketchup, mix well and cook for 5-6 min. Until paneer absorbs all masala. Now add kasturi methi and mix your yummy paneer tadka is ready. Enjoy with chapati and achar papad and raita.
