  3. Now hot the oil and deep fry it, till golden brown now cut in 2 pieces and let it cool down.

  5. Add oil to pan make it hot, put first cumin then onion paste and let it cook till it becomes brown. Now add masalas and after that tomato paste let it cook for 2 min on high flame.
  6. Now add milk, curd, and water mix it very well, and boil it for 5 min. on medium flame. now on the top of kofta add gravy and enjoy. garnish with coriander.
