  1. Roast cashews. Keep aside. Saute vegetables for 10 min and take out. Grind cashews, tomatoes and spices to a paste.
  2. Saute the vegetables half cooked and keep aside. Fry paneer. In the same kadai add 2tsp oil and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, kasuri methi and saute
  3. Then add sliced onions and once they are soft add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add 1tsp cu.in powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1tsp chilli powder, 2tsp salt.
  4. Add required amount of water. Add 1tsp kitchen king masala. Cook for few minutes. Switch off flame and add curd and mix well. Add coriander leaves and serve
