- For Marination paneer tikka
- 1 cup paneer cubes medium sized
- 2 onion peices medium sized
- 1 Capsicum peices medium peices
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/2 cup besan
- As per taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Kasoori mathi
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Blackpepper powder
- 1 pinchHing
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- As per taste Blacksalt
- 1 Spoon Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon aajwain
- For Gravy-
- 2 cups onion tomato puree
- 1 Spoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 spoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Redchili powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garammasala
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 Green chili chopped
- 2 Spoons Coriander chopped
- 1 Cup malai & khoya
- as needed Water
Steps to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala
- Take a big bowl. Add besan & curd. Mix it



- Add all spices & oil for marination.
Mix it. Make a smooth paste.


- Mix Paneer capsicum & onion pieces.


- Mix all properly. Rest for 10 minutes.

- Heat a nonstick tawa & Grease with oil. Put marinated paneer capsicum & onion pieces. Shallow fry it.
- Take a plate & keep all paneer tikka. Ready paneer tikka.
- For Gravy_Take a deep kadhai. Heat oil adds cumin seeds crackle & add onion & tomato puree & ginger garlic paste. Fry it. Stire it.



- Add malai & khoya.add all spices. Cook till removing oil the edge of the kadhai.



- Add little water & paneer tikka. Cook for 5 minutes.Ready paneer tikka masala.


- Take a bowl.Keep paneer tikka masala.Garnish with coriander. Serve with Missi roti & nan.
