- 1 cup crumbled paneer
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Baked palak paneer rice
- Heat ghee in a nonstick wok.

- Add cumin seeds to the wok and when they begin to the colour and add garlic chilli paste saute for few min. Add onion and saute for 2 to 3min. For low flame.



- Add spinach puree to the wok and mix well.


- Preheat an oven to 180°C. Heat all the rice in microwave.
- Add salt and garam masala powder to the spinach mixture and mix well. And half the rice to the spinach mixture add adjust salt and cook for few min.



- Spinach rice is ready now

- Heat ghee in a non stick pan.add crumbled paneer to the pan and saute few min.


- Then add tomato basil pasta sauce and mix well.


- Add salt and dried fenugreek leaves to the paneer mixture and mix well


- Add rice to the paneer mixture and mix nicely.


- Adjust salt and cook for few minutes
- Paneer layer is ready now

- Grease a round steel mould oven an oven proof plate.put some to the spinach rice and press well.over this put a layer paneer rice and press.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10mins.
- Easy and tasty baked palak paneer rice is ready to served.
