- 200 gms paneer
- 3 tbsp chick pea flour
- 3 tbsp fresh curd
- 1/2 tbsp salt as per taste
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tbs Haldi/turmeric powder
- 1/4 garam masala
- 1/2 tbs dhania powder
- For dressing we need
- 1cup Thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 capsicum Julian style cut
- 3/4 cup Grated carrot
- 1/4 tbs Black pepper
- 1/4 tbs oregano and mixed herb
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Paneer tacos
- Cut the paneer in small pieces, marinate it adding curd,chick pea flour,red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhania powder,salt,garam masale,and keep it aside for 20 min

- Now take a pan add 2tbs oil and shallow fry these marinated paneer pieces till golden brown from all sides and keep them aside

- Now in another kdhai add oil,add onions and fry till translucent add cabbage and capsicum,stir fry on high flame add carrots chilli sauce, black pepper, salt fry for 2min and off the flame,keep the dressing aside
- To make the taco shells. Mix maida, Maize flour,oil and salt,and knead a soft dough

- Take Small balls from dough roll them into small Purees and cook them on griddle using very little oil,now in a kadhai deep fry these Purees and take them out on kitchen towel keep the Purees on rolling pin and press them tacos shape will come
- Once tacos are ready,we have to assemble them first put the salad dressing then put some paneer cubes sprinkle some oregano and mixed herb and chilli sauce finally add some salad.
- Your delicious paneer tacos are ready to serve.
