- 1/4 tbspn garam masala
- 1/2 tbspn coriander powder
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 tbspn sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbspn kasuri methi
- 2-3 tbspn malai
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Special Malai paneer kofta
- Take all the kofta ingredients in a large bowl.Mix them and make a smooth mixture.
- Grease your palms with oil and divide into 8-10 equal portions.Give each portion a shape of small ball.
- Heat oil in a pan. When it is medium hot, slide in 3-4 stuffed balls from the edge of frying pan and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown and crisp. Drain them and transfer them to a plate. Deep fry remaining stuffed balls.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Saute for approx 30 sec. Add ginger garlic and after that added onion,green chilli cashew nuts and tomatoes. Saute them for 1-2 minutes and grind it.
- Now, again heat the oil.Add cumin seeds for approx 30 seconds.

- Stir and cook for a minute. Add kasuri methi,coriander leaves and 1/2 cup milk. Cook the gravy for 4-5 minutes.
- Add prepared stuffed balls, mix well and turn off the flame.
